Fresh Products


Canned foods
The complete production process covers all the processing areas, from the receipt of the unprocessed product to the canning phase (in cooperation with major companies we can supply turnkey systems).


Frozen product
Compared to any other preservation process freezing has the advantage that it does not alter in a significant way the structure and nutritional patrimony of food.
In fact since the industrial freezing procedure has been perfected cold technology has improved to the point that it has revolutionised the eating habits in the most developed Countries. In order to obtain an extremely high quality finished product, this sector uses some of the processing principles adopted in the "fresh cut produce range" (a sector which notoriously requires high quality standards).
As a result customers in the sector in other countries have been able to introduce extremely innovative products on the market and achieve a series of commercial successes.


Fresh-cut
The history of fresh cut has been the story of our Partners. Main producers worldwide (references available on request) use our Partners’ technology and plants thanks to cooperation that very often goes beyond the standard customer-supplier relationship for then becoming a joint research team.
In this way different machines were developed - the cascade washing system that allows highly accurate separation of foreign bodies, the high-capacity spin dryer among others.


Convenience foods
It is common knowledge that convenience foods include fruit and vegetables which undergo a preliminary process (washing, cutting, peeling, etc.) and then they are cooked, sterilized and vacuum packed (in the case of medium-long term preservation) or steamed, boiled or grilled and packaged in protective atmosphere (in the case of perishable products).
A characteristic of these products (like those belonging to the fresh cut produce range) is that they are processed without the addition of preservatives or condiments.
