Our Company has always been focused on setting benchmarks to showcase technologies that work effectively in practical environments and which can be easily adopted in India.

We are now privileged to exclusively market in India, Industrial Fans manufactured by the renowned company, Ferrari Ventilatori of Italy, who are one of the few fan producers to get certified by all the major accreditation agencies like AMCA/ISO/ GOST/BV/UL/TUML/BSI/ASME & ECOTOP.

The high efficiency axial, centrifugal and plug fans from Ferrari find a variety of applications across various industries. Ferrari is today a strategic partner in many segments including glass, paper, cement, textile air engineering etc. with a wide product range, particularly for high pressure fans where pneumatic transportation is involved. Ferrari has become a reference brand for industrial fans, as they produce fans upto 45,000 PA, which flow upto 200 m3/sec .

Ferrari works on the Zero Principal ie
a) zero defect
b) zero rejects and
c) zero complaints from the customer.

They have achieved this through a good technical design team and through highly automated and precise manufacturing processes thereby getting microns level of tolerance which in turn have led to high life, high efficiency and energy efficient equipment that work at reduced noise levels.

It may not be out of place to point out that in today's market, noise pollution control has become fundamental for improving health conditions in the work place and therefore reducing the noise level emitted by the fans has become a critical factor. Ferrari is one of the few companies which provide specification data sheets alongwith each fan shipped where data on sound pressure and sound power is indicated. It is significant to know that for all fans, the sound pressure and power in the area surrounding the fan is indicated including the sound power in the form of octave bands measured at the fans intake and outlet. This facilitates the correct sizing of the silencers to be installed on the ducts to be connected to the fans. This will soon become a standard tool in every analysis of environmental noise levels.

It may also be of considerable interest to companies exporting their products to the Arab market and the Middle East in particular, that Ferrari's axial fans which run on 60 Hz operating frequency has been designed for operation in these countries.

Finlane SpA, Italy one of the world’s oldest companies in the recycling machinery segment  and alongwith their partner NSC of France have an innovative line of equipment having done extensive R&D work in this regard.

A shredder is the first step of any recycling process. The use of a shredder is a direct consequence of the rationalisation of recycling processes aimed at recovering raw material with a minimum expenditure of energy and labour.

Production waste, rejects and scraps yield material whose shapes and sizes are varied. These are often accumulated and manually cut before being fed into a grinder. The labour needed, the danger level and the low output qualifies this treatment as uneconomical. The use of a shredder upstream from a grinder is therefore a better solution.

Type 1 : Consists of 2 or 4 shafts, on which cutting elements (blades) are fixed, that gives the cutting action. The shafts move in opposite direction and at different speeds, so two sets of blades rotate at different speeds. Cutting action is like that of a scissors.

The shredder consists of 4 parts i.e. inlet unit (where the material is fed), shredding unit (this is the hardware of the system), the driving system (this is where the shredders get its power) and the outlet unit (where the shredded material comes out). The shaft are driven by electric motor drive or by electro-hydraulic drive. By varying the parameters of the shredding unit, different materials can be shredded in the same shredder.

Industrial Shredders are available with capacity ranging from 11-27Kw to 110-150Kw. Productivity of a shredder of 75Kw capacity, for e-waste like end of life computers, monitors etc is between 600 to 1400 kg/hr or 1500 to 2500 kg/hr, depending on the type/configuration selected. All the models of our Principals Industrial Shredders can be mounted on trucks and made into mobile shredding units. Shredders can take any type of material except stones, cements, large-sized or too hard scrap-iron.

Type 2 : Are used only for electric cables recycling. It takes waste/scrap electric cables of any kind (apart from armored ones) from 2 mm diameter to any diameter.  It has a granulator with mobile blades and fixed blades, which cuts the cable into granules.

The plastic (polymer) material and the metal (aluminum and copper) material are separated.  Plastic granules comes out from rear of the machine and the metal granules comes out from the front of the machine. These granules of mixed plastic (polymer) & metal (copper & aluminum) can be physically separated to their individual components for further processing/recycling/sale.  Productivity of such an electric cable recycling plant of 7.5 Kw capacity is 80–100 kg/hr and of 12 Kw capacity is 150–200kg/hr.

These machines can be manually fed and need only one operator. The operator feeds the machine, putting the cable waste/scrap into the machines blades, where it is ground.  Thereafter the dry-system ensures that the granulated material of the fed scrap/waste is carried to the separating table, where the individual ingredients are separated, according to their different specific weight

The compact and energy efficient plant is easy to maintain and can treat every type of cable, without diameter limit - all cables containing Copper/Aluminium and Plastic/Rubber, etc. The equipment can process any kind of cable,  apart from armoured ones, because iron & steel can damage the blades if fed in big quantities.  In case of small quantities, a conveyor belt equipped with a magnetic pulley is used before feeding. Therefore, iron & steel can be removed by means of a magnet. Any other cable including jelly filled cables, duly dried by means of talc or wood-dust can be treated. There is also the possibility of separating aluminium from copper by re-feeding the mixed metallic granules into the machine again.
