Marzoli Textile Machinery Manufacturers P. Ltd (MTMM) have launched their first product for the Indian market :

A "Retro Fit Auto Doffer" for LMW make Ring Frames (G5/1 and LR 6).

This retro fitted equipment is from Marzoli Italy, the parent company of MTMM who are global leaders in complete spinning solutions .

The advantages of the MTMM retrofitted auto doffer are

1.  Reduced installation time

2.  Complete man power saving for manual doffing operation in the Ringframe.

3.  Faster doffing operation -- Doffing operation is only 2.5 Minutes leading to higer productivity.

4.  The retro fitting is fully equipped with an European Technology with operational safety from Marzoli.

5.  Random tube loader is included to have faster empty tube preparation for the doffing.

6.  As the dimensions of ring tubes remain same after retrofit, it is possible to use the same tubes if they are of good quality & will be a handy cost saving matter

7.  Modification from the customer side are: reduce the height of the separators and place a sensor/micro switch for the rest position of the OHTC

8.  No welding during the retrofitting is required

9.  The total additional installed power is 2, 2 Kw

10. Air requirement 4,5 N liter/spindle + 500N liter/ per 3 minutes during the doff operations

11. The space requirement of the pantographs while open is 1350mm

12. Doffing time 2 and half minutes, spindles stop 2 minutes

13. Provision of "Random Tube Loader" or "Normal Tube Loader" which will depend on the space availability at Ring Frame rear end to wall or next machine. The min length is 2345 mm in case of random loader but can be minimized up to 1845 mm , for normal loader it is 1700 mm but can be minimized up to 1200 mm
